The location This property is situated in a very quiet street in the old town of Pollença, only 5 minutes from the centre. The house has two levels, on the ground floor you will find a bedroom and bathroom in the exit hall, kitchen and dining room. On this level, there is also a nice terrace with a private enclosed heated swimming pool, sun loungers, table and chairs and barbecue. On the upper level there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the master bedroom, there is also a furnished terrace. Amenities and communal areas The swimming pool has a removable gate which is perfect for small children as it provides additional safety measures. Other highlights Suitable for cycling, the heated pool will only be activated between 1 November and 1 June at a cost of €150 per week. After this time, the weather here is very warm and it is not necessary to have the pool heated. The old town of Pollensa is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca.
