Ubicación muy buena en primera línea de playa con chiringuitos cerca y supermercados no muy lejos. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La comunicación con Reinier fue rápida i sencilla. El único pero es que dentro de la casa la mesa del comedor es pequeña y no tiene un lugar dedicado para la mesa por lo que hay que estar moviéndola. Durante toda la semana que estuvimos no funcionó el ascensor que hay que coger para llegar al apartamento por lo que fue un poco incómodo.

El apartamento esta fenomenal, es todo nuevo!! Y la localización perfecta, al lado de la playa!!

Tous les équipements étaient neufs (cuisine, portes coulissantes, machine à laver) et l’appartement très propre. Tout est bien pensé.
On a eu un tout petit problème avec la climatisation (petite fuite d’eau) vite réparée par un technicien sur place.

This bright and modern apartment in Romana Playa Elviria overlooks the pool and is located first line to the beach in Elviria, Marbella. The complex has a gym, ample public spaces, parking and 24 hour security guard. At walking distance you will find several supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public transport, sports facilities and beach clubs (Nikki Beach). The beach in Elviria is probably one of the best (if not the best) beaches in Marbella The apartment in Marbella has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people.

The apartment is 90 m². The property is located right next to the beach. The property is located 50 m from the sand beach, 50 m from the from a restaurant, 100 m from the bus station, 150 m from the supermarket, 1 km from the golf course, 3 km from the city, 45 km from the airport. T he house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden furniture, 20 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), gym / fitness centre, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV. In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
