The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a cozy living space with a chimney, a independent kitchen with a washing room and a south facing terrace on street level but with greenery around. The complex has a beautiful boulevard for having a walk, communal pool and garden and is conveniently located close to international schools, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also for golf lovers this location is perfect as no less than three 18 holes golf courses can be found in the near surroundings.
